OPENING CEREMONY

Tuesday 26th November 2019

On the eve prior to Day 1, we invite all conference guests to attend a very special welcoming ceremony from 5:30pm.  This event will include a formal opening of the conferences and will include cultural ‘kastom’ dance performances from three of Vanuatu’s six provinces.

Drinks and locally inspired canapés will be provided. Return transport to accommodation will be arranged on the behalf of guests, with formalities to close just before 7pm. Delegates will be advised of their pick up times prior to the event.

CLOSING GALA DINNER

Friday 29th November 2019

On the final night of the conference guests are invited to an evening of authentic Ni-Vanuatu celebration at the closing gala dinner. The Sustainable Islands Tourism Conference 2019 will be officially closed and guests can let their hair down in Melanesian style. Expect an evening of custom experience, with the best of local culture, food and entertainment. Transport to and from the closing gala dinner to the delegates accommodation will be arranged.
